How does it all actually work?
We have designed our loyalty app Outlet do pokšky to be simple,
clear and intuitive. That is why we have prepared a short video tutorial for you,
how the app looks and how you can find all the necessary information in it.

For every 10 CZK spent in our stores, we will credit you with 1 point directly in the application.

You can pick up your selected rewards directly at our Infocenter and enjoy the benefits of the loyalty program.

What if I have a question about the application or a problem with scanning receipts?
In case of any problem or question, please contact the information stand or via the application (More -> Report an error button in the menu).
Can I earn points for purchasing gift vouchers?
No, points are not awarded for purchasing gift vouchers.
What is the validity of the receipt?
The receipt is valid for 30 days from purchase.
How often does the rewards offer in the loyalty program change?
Rewards in the loyalty program change to a greater or lesser extent every month.
What should I do if I can’t scan a receipt in the app?
Please send a receipt or report a problem via the application (More – Report an error button in the menu) or contact the information desk.
How many rewards can I choose?
A maximum of 3 rewards can be collected per day. A maximum of 10 rewards can be collected per calendar month.
How long are the points collected in my account valid?
Points are valid for 1 year from the date they are added. After this period, the points expire and can no longer be used.
How to turn points into rewards?
Simple. In the application you can see an overview of all the rewards you can choose from. Each reward also shows the number of points you need to get the reward. If you have enough points, choose a reward according to your taste. After clicking on the reward, you will see a QR code that you can show at our Info Stand and you will immediately receive the selected reward.
Are all shops and stores in Outlet Arena Moravia involved in the loyalty program?
No, the Billa store is not involved in the loyalty program.
How can I collect points for my purchases?
You earn points for purchases in all stores and shops in Outlet Arena Moravia. Simply scan the receipt for your purchase using our app and the points will be automatically added to your account. For every 10 CZK of purchase, you will earn 1 point in your account.
Can I use the mobile application without registering?
The application can be used without registration, but only in a limited mode. In particular, you will not be able to use the benefits of the loyalty program, collect points for your purchases, and redeem rewards for the points you have collected.
How can I register for the loyalty program?
Registering for our new loyalty program is very easy. After downloading the application to your mobile phone, simply enter your email address, to which we will send you a verification code. Once verified, you will be able to use all the benefits of the loyalty program.
